お久しぶりです Long time no see!

なんと、最後の投稿から半年近くも経ってしまいました。ご無沙汰しております！このたびブログを再開することになりましたので、今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

私は相変わらずフィンランドの首都ヘルシンキで、マイペースに日々を過ごしております。季節は冬を迎え、これからはフィンランドの街の風景のほか、日々の暮らしの中で気づいた小さなこと、小学生の子どもたちのこと、インテリア雑貨、好きな本や音楽など、少し幅を広げてご紹介できたらと思います。気軽にお楽しみください。

さて、今日の話題はセカンドハンドショップで見つけたイッタラとアラビアのヴィンテージ食器です。イッタラのグラスに貼られているこの赤と白のロゴスティッカーは、数年前から使われなくなり、このシールが付いているだけでお宝です（笑）。アラビアの絵皿は、ライヤ・ウオシッキネンが1978年から12年間デザインしたクリスマスプレートの1983年版です。フィンランドの田舎らしい風景が、なんともほっこりします。

こうして毎回出会うワクワク感は、言葉にできない小さな喜びです。

I’m still enjoying my slow-paced life here in Helsinki, Finland. Winter has arrived, and I hope to share not only the city’s beautiful scenery but also little moments from everyday life—things about my kids, home decor, cooking, favorite books and music, and more.

Today’s topic is a fun find from a secondhand shop: vintage Iittala and Arabia pieces. The red-and-white Iittala logo sticker has been discontinued for a few years now, so finding one still attached feels like a treasure! The Arabia plate is a 1983 Christmas edition designed by Raija Uosikkinen, with a cozy Finnish countryside scene that warms the heart.

That little thrill of discovery never gets old.
