4月の雪 Snow in April

4月も下旬に差し掛かり野花が芽を出し始める中、なんと雪が！降雪の影響でヘルシンキ市内を走るトラム（路面電車）の運行が停止し、雪が降り続ける中、子供達と１時間以上歩いて学校へ。朝からドヨーンと気持ちが沈みましたが、午後からお友達と市内のお茶屋さんへ。日本や中国、韓国の質の良いお茶と手作りケーキが楽しめる素敵な雰囲気のカフェでもあります。普段はコーヒー派なのですが、日本茶の香りと味にとっても癒されました。お茶の種類も実に豊富でぜひおすすめのお店です。

As we near late April, wildflowers are beginning to sprout, yet surprisingly, it snowed! Yesterday, continuous snowfall halted tram services in Helsinki, and I walked the kids to school for over an hour in the snow. This initially brought my spirits down, but the afternoon was better as I visited a local tea shop/cafe with a friend. It's a cozy cafe where you can enjoy high-quality teas from Japan, China, and Korea, along with homemade cakes. Although I usually prefer coffee, the Japanese tea was really soothing. This tea shop/cafe is definitely worth a visit.
